Daniel: We love you all. In the spirit of Lewis's "Hall" with its various rooms, let us proclaim: "We seek Christ!" Doing so, we will ever be one in him. God's blessing on your confirmation and your household.
CHRIST! I am Christ's! and let the name suffice you,
Ay, for me too He greatly hath sufficed;
Lo with no winning words I would entice you,
Paul has no honour and no friend but Christ.
Yea thro' life, death, thro' sorrow and thro' sinning,
Daniel, thanks for sharing this great adventure! Sometimes it seems a Saul/Paul flash conversion is what we all need but your patient endeavor is a great testimony to the two way relationship we have with our Lord. Talking, listening, praying, thinking...all in faith, will always draw us closer to Him in His time. That's a great lesson for impatient Americans like me.
We had a confirmation party after mass on Sunday and we definitely talked about the role your family played in all this. Thank you for ministering to us and providing for us in our time of need! God bless
Daniel, it’s good to see that you’re not just jumping into this. It is a very serious step and there will be things that we will have to agree to disagree. But I will say this. To reword the phrase of a man we both know. “Catholics are our friends.” Go in peace my brother.

Christ is the end, for Christ was the beginning,
Christ the beginning, for the end is Christ.

Blessings to you as well. Thank you!
